Who remembers these?  No, its not a Rickenbacker.  It’s a vintage Danelectro Electric 12 string.  We’re enjoying the sound of our new-to-us vintage style electric guitar.  Found it on Craig’s List.  Originally a little hesitant about something that’s made from plywood, we’ve come to really enjoy the folk-rock sound this instrument gives.  Oddly, we’re even stating a preference for its sound over the classic Rickenbacker 12 string which was such an identifiable feature of the music we love.
